Here is the definition of French Level B1 by the European Framework of Reference (CECR):
Students can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc.
Students can deal with most situations likely to arise whilst travelling in an area where the language is spoken.
Students can produce simple connected text on topics which are familiar or of personal interest.
Students can describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes and ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.
Marseille International French School will assign our students to different classes according to their French level. We offer different courses to students as well to satisfy their specific needs. But our aim is to help student improve their French level as soon as possible and to get students accustomed to learning and living in France.
